Here's a couple of old memories. Kennetha and I rode Herold Cobles school bus our 7th grade year. I was one of Kennetha's escorts our freshman year Basketball Homecoming. Frank and I played both basketball and football and my most vivid memory of Frank is when he and friends moved a piano from the music room to the NEW Highschool. Frank played the piano and sang going down the road.

Thanks Everyone,
Kennetha and I are looking forward to a bit of change. I would like to thank you for the memories you have posted and will check back.
I have always enjoyed teaching seventh and eighth grade and get a great deal of personal enjoyment out of seeing how awkward young teens turn into wonderful adults that contribute to the world. I know I will miss that. Don't stop learning. It keeps you young. And don't stop having fun. It's Frank, by the way.
I always enjoy hearing from you.
See you around town.
Frank

I would like to say thank you to the Stringer's for taking the time and caring to move back to Cabool and spending your lives teaching the kids of the Cabool School system! I have heard you were both GREAT teachers! I had no kids at Cabool some nieces and nephews! Thanks for putting up with them! Hope you both enjoy your retirement!
Oh the memories! Mr. Stringer definitely nurtured my love for science and helped direct me towards getting my PhD! I loved it then, and still love and have such a great respect for science and biology. Thank you for making science cool!
And Mrs Stringer, you were so instrumental with my love for reading and books. You were always so great in helping me pick out and find great books in the library. One of my favorite memories was in 7th grade english reading A Christmas Carol. We all kept comparing the characters to the Disney TV version. We were like "that was Donald Duck's character" and you got SO MAD!! I think your comment was something to the effect of " THIS IS CHARLES DICKENS NOT SOME STUPID DISNEY REMAKE!" :)
