Hey "chime in".....I'm afraid that I would be a "no-go"....kinda in the middle of the school year and kids sports activites at that time...but Hey!.....have a great time and maybe plan something during the Summer down-the-road.

Jefferson City did the same thing as Cabool - demolish the bleachers, plow up the field and start over. I will go the the JC homecoming but don't imagine I will be going to the Cabool Homecoming.

Of course Kevin and I will be at homecomeing! Steve and Rhonda, Susan, Terry and anyone else I missed...you need to sign on as my friend...you are invited... I am sorry that I missed Steve and Rhonda this summer. I think I would be better off working during the summers. I seem to manage my time better when I am working!

Hey guys I know this is short notice but some friends have a great band and are playing at Cartoons in Springfield on Friday Sept 5. I would love to see any of you that could make it, we could meet and do dinner before or just meet there. The music will start around 8-8:30 and play til 1AM, they play a lot of our music. There is a Johnson, Sappington engagement announcement in the Cabool Enterprise this week. Rachel Sappington is from Jefferson City and I know her and her family. Nathanial Johnson is a 2005 grad of Cabool. His parents are Danny and Debbie Johnson of Cabool. Does anyone know if this is the same Danny Johnson we graduated with?

FYI....A website located at http://www.caboolalumni.com/ contains Cabool High School Alumni information and includes class rosters as far back as 1898 and yearbooks as far back as 1920. I find it interesting to peruse the yearbooks dating back to past generations...and recognize some familiar names.

Looks like Nathanial Johnson is the son of our classmate Danny Johnson. I compared the yearbook with the announcement and they sure look alike. I did confirm thru Rachel's dad that Danny is 45 so must be the same one. Rachel's dad works for Revenue and says Danny's picture shows he looks somewhat heavy. Haven't seen Danny since high school. Steve, I have also looked thru the pictures on Cabool Alumni and find it very interest. Rob, having a 10 year old just kind of ties you down - but worth it. Steve might fly up to Springfield on the space shuttle though to attend the concert!

Rob, We would love to meet you at Cartoon's, HOWEVER Evan has a cross country meet in Springfield at 8:00 a.m. on Sat. the 6th. Keep the invites coming though. Terry, Danny Johnson lives on Highland Street in Cabool and has for quite some time. His son played football with our oldest son Tyler. Our paths don't cross much since the boys graduated.
