About Me:: I dropped out of Cabool school in the 9th grade but obtained a GED and went to college at SMSU where I graduated with a B.S. in elementary ed. with an emphasis in early childhood I am also certified in Learning disabilities K-9 and Language arts and Social Studies middle school.I recieved my masters in elementary ed. from Southwest Missouri State University. I still live in the Cabool area, on a small farm, and currently teach 6th grade Social Studies at Ava. I am raising my seven year old grandson who is the joy of my life. My husband and I are kind of naturalist we grow our own food and raise our own beef, pork, chickens,and rabbits for food. We have chickens that supply us with eggs for eating and extras to sell. We also have a milk cow which supplies us with our milk, butter, cottage cheese, ice cream, etc... We make molasses that we use and sell. We are pretty much self sufficient and spend little on food. We love working with the animals and are currently breaking two mules to work. We own an original Springfield wagon that we would like to have them pulling one day soon. We also own a buggy for Sunday drives that our grandson wants to ride in. We enjoy the simple way of life that we live.

The baby shower went great, I had a great time putting it all together especially for my only niece. I have a business I would like to open but I don't have the funds but I know it would go over and I would love to do it but no money. I guess i will get back to work as that is where i'm at
