Still in school... Second year PhD. in GeoScience at Kansas State University, completed M.S. in Geospatial Science (MSU), and B.S. in Geoscience.
My research and appointed work takes me all over North America, from the Canadian Rockies to the Southern borders. The main focus of my work is in cultural demographics and processes of rural economic development sustainability and growth. My dissertation work has begun, it involves research on the West Slope of Colorado looking at how the new energy boom is affecting small mountain communities.
Between research and teaching GIS courses at KSU, there isn't much time to get myself in trouble...hee hee hee.

Every one of em...Come on, they actually let me graduate!
Let's stay in touch. I am consulting a firm that has a green plan for trucks stops across the USA which would include a biodiesel plant within the facility. I have research various feedstocks for cost effectiveness based upon the communities farming output. Right now everything is too high so we've been exploring algae farms which would work in Cabool. My e-mail address is rbg499@att.net. Brandon, I hope to meet with you soon, for your work has always been an interest of mine. Thanks RB.
Wow, what happened to you. A complete 360* from the good ol' days at C of O. You're like Grounded, committed, serious about school. Hey, it's good to see you and know that you are still alive. You seem to be doing well. Don't be a stranger to the site. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has be wandering about Brandon Haddock. Keep in touch.

Hey Brandon--certainly sounds like you are doing good...so glad to hear that you will be coming to the reunion...And sorry, but I can't take credit for the invite to our 10th....But, did you stay in touch w/ anyone??? Great to see you on here.
Wow Brandon, how impressive! It sounds like you are doing great. Keep posting photos, I love to see all the places that you have been. Keep in touch. Sam
Hey!! I was so excited to talk with you, and it is great to see your pictures, they are wonderful. I can not wait to visit and catch up at the reunion. Also, my daughter wanted me to clarify that I called on her cell, mine had a dead battery. She told me after I had called a few people that now all my friends would be calling her and that was weird. The joys of having a teen.
Hey there, it was good to hear from you. We love ABQ as well there are just not that many opportunities and I have been working out of Phoenix and Dallas since 2003. Anyway, what will be brining you to ABQ, work or fun? If you need any suggestions on where to eat, stay or things to do let me know. I won't be making it to the reunion, but would have liked to see everyone again. Keep in touch.
