Hey Janelle, I hope all is well with you and your family. OMG, I was going through my pictures about two weeks ago and came across yours and was wondering what ever happen to you after we lost touch. I have to thank you for being such a great friend during my army days, listening to my sad sach stories and your letters were always appreciated. I'm just really glad to see that you are doing well.

Janelle, It has been way too long. It's great to hear that your very happy and sounds like you have a wonderful family. I have never been to Oregon, but I do know that it is a beautiful state. I believe the last time we spoke you were still in Orlando...where did the years go. I do live in Manhattan in the West Village with my partner of 22 years. Space is a big issue in NYC, basically there isn't any unless your rich..lol. Apartments are small with a premium price. We have a very tiny studio apt (322 sq ft) that we own, in a coop pre-war building, but it's all good. NYC has been good to us both, no complaints. You should definitely come to NYC at least once. Unfortunately I have never been to Tuscany, that photo was taken at the Hearst Castle in California. We don't travel too often but we did make it to Paris and London a few years ago. Paris was great and I would love to go back. I don't get back to MO often, but have been giving my 25 year reunion (hard to believe) in September some serious consideration. There was about a five year period before I went back in October of last year. I went to the Mtn. Grove vs. Cabool football game, saw a few alumni, it was a fun time. The army was a rough time for me in the beginning and I did receive letters from a few friends, but you were really there for me when I needed the friendly ear. I've really missed our friendship over the years. I'm glad you've joined the site. Keep in touch and take care.

Hi Janelle, My sister used to life in Oregan, then moved to Washington and now she is in Branson (just moved there a couple months ago). I hear Oregan is a beautiful state. I've been in Springfield since I graduated from high school. Came to Spfld for college. I met my husband in an accounting class (he is from KC). I've been working for the Principal Financial Group since 1990 (almost 19 years) I can't believe I've been with the same company for so long. I would love to be a stay-at-home mom, though. That's the best job in the world. Any chance of you coming to Missouri for a visit. We would all love to see you!!
