We need to organize fund raisers for the CHS cheerleaders! How about getting a couple squads together for the next alumni football game to cheer and do an dance routine during half time? We can't forget about the cheerleaders! Share your ideas!

- I graduated in 1989 and then married the love of my life Tom Walls (88') in 1990. We live in Overland Park, KS. We have 3 children. Sydney is 12, Zachary is 11, and John is 7. Our son Zachary is autistic which can be challenging on some days but he is happy and healthy for which we are very thankful for. Sydney and John are into every sport so that keeps me and Tom very busy as well.

- Well, six months later, I suppose you figured out that I didn't make the reunion! Hopefully I can make the next one, will we have a 25 or will I need to wait for 30? Eventually we plan to move back to the area, but that probably will not happen for another 8 years or so. None the less, hope all is well in your neck of the woods.

- OK. I'll call Rose and see if I can get him to play. I know he hasn't played in a long time, so it may be hard to talk him into it. Tell Noirfalise to quit being a weenie and join us. I'll talk with Edwin and if nothing else see if I can help him put a team together. You keep me informed what's up, and I'll do the same for you. How many teams are signed up so far, or is it too early to tell how things are looking?

How are you doing with getting enough teams signed up for the Alumni volleyball tournament? Jennifer had asked me about playing with you guys. Edwin had also asked me about playing. Do you need me, or would you rather me get with Edwin and get a team together so we have more teams? I'm flexible. I don't care which I do as long as I'm playing.

I remember we got you two in trouble from time to time. So you married Tom Walls I see. His sister and my sister were good friends. Ask Tom if he remembers cutting his hand on a butcher knife at my birthday party? After he left David Norfalese went home with stitches in his knee from landing on a rock and Jeffrey Thompson went home crying after he flipped his bike on my ramp. I was never allowed to have another birthday party again lol. Anyway, It's good to hear from you again. I'm not gonna be able to make it to the reunion but I'm glad you guys thought about me. I'll keep in touch.

Ideally they would stay with their grandparents that live in Cabool that they haven't seen for a couple of years but that won't happen either! Jeff has not changed his mind. I have tried and tried but he won't budge. I guess we won't be coming unless there is a miracle of God!

Steve Hardy said… - Sure, it was outside the gym. Your were crying over something (a breakup with C. I think). I just happen to be there . . so you talked and cried. Somehow that meant I should get my butt kicked. It was great fun anyway. I was with Travis Cameron and T. and C. were chasing us around town a bit in their truck/car . . something. It was pretty entertaining at the time. Travis kept reminding me how big T. and C. were and not to let them catch us. Think T. or C. lost their car keys (I think) in the process when they got out on foot in some gravel at one point. Ooops. Apologies to T. for that one.
