About Me:
Teaching 7th and 8th grade English in Houston, MO. I have three kids, Kyle (21) Kristopher (18) and Ellie (15).
Life is good. I've been in Houston a looooong time, but it has become "home" to me. I'm just now learning to garden, and I love it. I love cooking, so it is fun for me to use fresh foods from my garden to experiment with.
Now that summer is here, and I am off work, I plan to just relax, enjoy my daughter (as she is the only one home now) and hang out with Wes as much as possible!

Judy,
It is so great to hear from you! Big thanks to Diana!Whenever I think of home and friends, I think of you.

It is so funny how close in age our kids are - both of us will be "empty nesters" in a couple of years. Grant and his family (two little boys) live here in town, so I get to play Grandma quite a bit. It's really fun.

I'll try to find a decent picture of our clan and send it your way; I'd love to see pictures of your family as well.

Every year I think I will get back to Cabool for a visit, but the years seem to go by, and I don't make it that direction. My kids (even though Teagan and Carin are away at school) still seem to keep me booked. On the weekends I'm not running around for/with them, I have to rest - ha!

Gosh - I hope this finds you and yours well and happy - send pictures!

Love, Brenda

Oh...it is so nice to hear from you. I tried about 15 years ago to find you and wasn't able to get any info. Darin and I will be making a trip to MO in July.....maybe we could meet then? Oh, to catch up..........I have lots of pics to share....not sure how to add them onto here.

Love, Melodie

You would think since we are only one small town away we would see each other once in awhile, but life gets way too busy. I guess we could count the brief time we got to see each other at the Chamber Banquet, but we didn't get to talk. Hope everything is going great for you and you have a wonderful, safe vacation.

Hi Judy, been many many years, yet have thought of most of you all often. How are things with you? see you are living in houston now and three kids which is great. I have two daughters that will be turning 20 this year, one in the gaurd the other just graduated from vo-tech. Life is good here, some snags on the way but other than that things are going well. Tried to get something going for the 30th. Everyone kept calling or e-mailing me asking me to get something going, I said no way, especially since I had lost almost everyone's e-mail addresses and phone numbers. But, Sherry, Jan (Glover), Cabano, and Mark S. kept after me until we tried to get something together for the Homecoming Game. Well, we had Brad, Mark, Joy, Cabano, and myself there. We enjoyed the game, but decided we would have fun with our usual Friday Night football clan anyway. Let's start something going, I know the all school reunion is next summer over the 4th of July that would be an odd number, but what the hey.

Getting a lunch together would be grand, just have to work it in my schedule. To me it really doesn't matter what number it is either, but just that we do give it one more shot at getting everyone together.
It would be nice if we could get more on this site, it would make things easier.

Hello Judy. Glad to hear you are well. The last time I spoke with you was a tough time for you, glad it is all better. I had colon cancer about the same time. They listed me as stage 4 but someone upstairs was looking after me. I got very lucky. Tell Wes hello, we lived next to each other when we were young, he behaved much better than I diid tho. Have a great summer! Mark Speake
