A long ways from Cabool, Missouri

Wow, I would have never thought that I would leave the glorious state of Missouri, and I surely would have never thought that I would end up in California. It is funny what long blonde hair, hazel eyes, and a swee jump shot can do to a guy. Life here is definitely different. Most people think of California as beaches, beach bums, and lots of great tans. There are no beaches where I live (we are close to the mountains though), there are more cowboys in our area than all of the state of Missouri… Continue

Tom and I celebrate our 18th anniversary on Monday. Can you believe that? Our life gets pretty hectic with the kids and all their sports stuff. We also have a son with severe autism. Most days are good but some can be very stressful to say the least. As for the dodgeball tourney, I'm trying to get an 89 team together. I think Dave N. is going to be in town and Stacey said she was in. Cary and her husband said they would play if they were around. I'm going to try a few others so I will keep you posted. Take care!

I didn't know about Rodney's son. They definitely are very special kids. Zach used to jump on the tramp for hours as well. But he loves the water. So we got rid of the tramp and put in a pool and during the summer he is in it constantly. Tom loves to take pictures and video too. On our vacations he takes hundreds. I know this site can be a little addicting at first. But it's fun! I will let you know about the dodgeball tournament. Hope to see you soon!

After 19 years of bounceing from radio station to radio station I started looking for something a little more stable. THen in 2000 I met up with Penny ('83 grad was Russell) and though we had known each other since grade school, we had never dated. Married in 2002 and James is 5 and Charles is 3. Penny is a 1st Assistant Prosecuter for Greene County which includes Springfield. We actually live just outside Clever, Mo which is just about the size as Cabool but it is growing fast.
