Aww so now your in Vietnam, interesting! I have alot of friends that were stationed in Vietnam back in the war and they still talk about it enough that I seem kinda familiar with some of it.That's neat that your there.
Wow, that's a big question - what about me?? After high school and a brief period of time spent in the USAF, I went on to college at the State University of New York/Stony Brook. After receiving my degree in Cardiorespiratory Sciences, I worked throughout the United States, Maine to Alaska, finally settling in Montana. Now I'm the Clinical Coordinator of a Sleep Disorders Center.
Rhonda,
It's good to find out were everyone is now. You haven't aged a bit and sounds like you have had a wonderful time traveling all over with your work.
Since HS I have been a teacher, admininstrator, and have owned my own businesses. Currently we are raising registered dogs and I have been a realtor for five years. Three grown children, Jonn, Jenn, Jared, and 3 beautiful grandchildren. The one in the picture is our miracle granddaughter. She is the light of my life and such a joy to have around.
I worked for an environmental company for a few years as their national trainer and was fortunate enough to get to travel all across the country. I got tired of being constantly on the go and living out of a suitcase that I went back into the public school system for awhile, but have been out of that now for 4 years.
Are you planning on coming to the all school reunion next summer? It would be great to see you.
Was good to see you to. It is a very hard thing to loose your parent, We lost dad 4 years ago and we lost mom about 3 years ago even tho she is still with us. Alzheimers is the most HORRIBLE thing ever. We brought her to Florida on vacation with us and it is not going very well for her. She is very confused and scared to be out of her enviroment. She was like that at home but worse here. Your daughter is beautiful. Europe.. I am so envious. I would love to do nothing but travel.... maybe when I win the lottery...lol
Yes, Brian's older sister. Brian has a page on here too. I prefer to think of him as my little brother, something about the older part. Ha! Sounds like you have had terrific life experiences. Your daughter is beautiful. I have a daughter who will be 18 in Oct. Sounds like they are going through the same stuff. Raising a daughter is the hardest thing to do. My son is 19 and has it all figured out! (or so he thinks) Good to hear from you!
Hey you crazy woman!!! I have missed you every single time you have been to Cabool. It is sooo good to hear from you and about what you have been up to!! Phil is fine, surrounded by females, but holding up okay... I haven't seen Jaime in years; his dad was Phil's neighbor, but they moved after we got married.
We both work for a large milk hauling company, Western Dairy Transport. Phil deals with tank maintenance and I am the benefits manager. The coorporate offices are in Cabool, but we also have truck terminals in Texas, New Mexico, Utah, Kansas and Oklahoma.
Our oldest daughter, Samantha, is a middle school english teacher here in Cabool. Middle daughter, Caitlin, has been living in Germany for the last four years. Her husband has put in his time in for the Air Force and has landed a job in St. Louis, so they will be moving somewhere near there. Our youngest, Skylar, is now officially a Senior at CHS. And then of course, there is my granddaughter, Madison, who belongs to Sam and Rusty. She is seven and real character.
So that is pretty much what we have been up to. Work cause we have to, travel when we can. We were in Montana a few years ago, where do you call home?
Hey Rhonda, good to hear from you. I hope we can get more of our classmates to sign up on Cabool Space. It is really a neat site, don't you think? I remember you came to town for the all school reunion a few years ago. I believe you, me, Peggy, Bufford and Debbie Lower rode in the back of a truck in the parade. So glad to hear you are doing well. Jay and I are fine and still loving it in Cabool. We are very active in the community and keep very busy. Talk to you later. Nancy
Rhonda, great pics! I see you like traveling, too! You look great. Thanks so much for writing. I can't believe I have three almost grown children either! They are good kids. Having a daughter is definitely tougher than raising my two sons, though. (maybe it is payback:) Take care, and have fun in Europe!!!
