- Approximately 2 weeks after graduation from high school, I started college at SMSU West Plains and was accepted into their Nursing Program. I have been married to my husband Brad for 17 years and we have four children; Kristen 14, Kayla 12, Austin 10, and Aaron 5. We are in the process of adopting a girl, Liliane (13) from Brazil. I currently work at the prison in Licking part-time as an RN. I'm also operating my own home based business, a medical staffing company. We enjoy being involved with our church activities, camping, our mini-farm, and in the summer I spend most of my time at the ball parks, as they all play ball!

My sister, Ida, was killed in motorcycle accident 3 years ago. I saw you are an RN...me too. - I work at the Management Development Institue which is part of the college of Business. We do training for Companies in HR, Supervision, Management...that kind of stuff.
Amanda loves softball, are you watching the Women's College World Series?

- I do the same thing sometimes...just make sure when you read your comment that you hit comment back, don't just type it in the same screen the comment is in. Yes, you can delete the one you sent to yourself by hitting the little tiny x in the corner of the comment.
They are coming to Springfield on July 18th and we are of course going. I ended up buying 47 tickets for our team and 35 for our younger team. I know there are no infield tickets left, but they may still have outfield seats. It is fun, we went the last time they came to town as well. Texas A&M and Arizona State are playing in the World Series Finals.

John Ice said… - I ended up graduating from Southwest Baptist in Bolivar somewhere in the mid 90s... took waay to long. Anyway, from there worked in Springfield for a year or two before joining the Army. Sara and I just celebrated our 13th anniversary and I have 11 years in service. That plus the kids (Elizabeth and Ian) is a short summary of my last decade or so. Sounds like you are doing well in Licking. It would be nice to be closer to MO, but that will have to wait for a couple of years I suppose.

Milisa Mckee-Ellis said… - It is nice to be back in Cabool, I had a son who played football in Willow and anytime we played against Cabool I was torn between which team to cheer for (of course I had to cheer for my son's team, so I am glad he is a Bulldog now!) Michele is doing ok, she lives in Lebanon with her boyfriend of 11 or 12 years and his kids and her son Michael, she also is caring for our brother's 2 children most of the time...I swear she is a saint! I don't know how she has the energy for it they are both under age 5 so you can imagine how much energy they have!!
