"Should be able to simply go to the login screen and under the "Sign In" button there is a forgot your password link. Just click it and it can reset it for her.Hope that works.

- Graduated in 88' and was off to SMSU and in 1990 married my soulmate - Joanne Carpio (89'). Since graduation from SMSU in 1992 we have lived in the KC area and the last 13 years lived in Overland Park, Kansas.
I have 3 children - Sydney (12/95), Zachary (3/97) and John Paul (8/00). Basically our life is work and our kids driving them from one games, practice and school activity after another.
As you may have noticed I have been in web development since 1994 when I started my first company.
