Welcome, glad to see you finally made it here. I enjoyed my visit with your parents before Christmas. I think I surprised them when I knowcked on the door. Amazing they have a corgi and so do I. I raise them, so your dad and I had quite a visit about the dogs. Of course that is my favorite topic. Are you still building houses? Get some pictures on here so we can all see if you have aged like the rest of us.

What are you doing in Nixa? Penny (Russell) and I attend Nixa First Assembly of God and live in Clever. We need to get together for lunch or something.

How are your folks doing? We drove the house the last time we were down there but we were short on time. Otherwise we would ahve stopped and surprised them.
