The amazing success of this site already has added a few administrative items for each class that I need a help out on.
Photo Organization
Basically, we have a lot of great photos but they are not real well organized so I was going to see if I could get a volunteer(s) from each class to help out with its organization. We would do the following:
1. Create Photo Albums for each graduation class
2. Review all photos and add specific tags to each photo
a. Graduation year tag and last names of those in the photos if not in the title or subject
3. Add photos to graduation class albums and other alumni albums that may be created already or as needed ("All School Reunion Photo", etc)
This is not a big set of work but be nice to organize the photos a little better so people can find photos a little quicker.
Class "Group" Organization
The second item would be to create "groups" for each gradutating class. So, that all could easily be added to their class group and allow for easier messages to their class and so forth. Its also better if someone who creates the group is actually part of that class (not requried) but a little cleaner.
