In what may be her final moments of flight and only 5 miles from the runway while descending 7 times steeper and with a rate of descent 20 times faster than a commercial airliner, Space Shuttle Atlantis (OV-104) returns to Kennedy Space Center on May 26, 2010 at the end of mission STS-132 to the International Space Station.
